Who this is for

The recreational
athlete.

You play in an adult league. You ski when you can get out of town. You run trails on Saturday mornings, or you're the person who never misses the group ride. You have a physical activity that matters to you — not because you're trying to go pro, but because it's genuinely part of who you are and how you live.

You're not training to look a certain way. You're training because you have something you want to keep doing, and you want your body to be ready for it. Maybe you've been out for a while and you're trying to come back the right way. Maybe you keep getting hurt and you can't figure out why. Maybe your body isn't responding the way it used to and you're trying to get ahead of that. Whatever the reason — you're serious about it, and you've never had programming built specifically for you.

Why we exist

The gap nobody
was filling.

The training industry has been built around two kinds of people: people who want to change how they look, and people competing at an elite level. If you want to lose weight or put on muscle, there are thousands of programs for you. If you're a professional athlete, you have an entire support staff. But if you're somewhere in between — someone who loves their sport, plays recreationally, and wants to keep doing it for the next twenty years — you've been on your own.

You've been following programs built for someone else, wondering why you keep getting hurt and why your body doesn't bounce back the way it used to. The reality is the programming wasn't designed for your life. CAC was built to close that gap — to bring the quality and intentionality of professional-level programming to the recreational athlete who deserves it just as much.

"In our eyes, everyone's an athlete. That's what makes it so common."

The approach

Same methodology.
Different context.

Tissue resilience training, phase-based progression, readiness-driven advancement — the same principles used with professional athletes, built for the way recreational athletes actually live.

01

Tissue Preparation

Before load, before intensity — your body has to be prepared for the stress you're about to put it under. Phase 1 builds the foundation that everything else depends on.

02

Progressive Loading

Real load introduced in the right order, tracked session to session. Controlled tempo keeps tension where it needs to be and teaches your body to handle progressive stress.

03

Capacity Building

Heavy slow resistance — prolonged time under tension, dead-stop reps — drives structural adaptation. This is where your body gets genuinely durable, not just strong.

04

Athletic Expression

Controlled aggression. Linked movement patterns, coordination, speed. Training your body to produce and absorb force the way it actually needs to in your activity.
